The Environment.

Our class went to Jean Lafitte National Park. It was the best educational place i've ever been too! It was extreamly fun! We went dip netting, we got into groups and got buckets and nets. We tried to find fish, crawfish, shrimp, and just living things. We learned how if we would be quiet the animals wouldn't be scared and would actually come out and we could catch them. Then we went on the nature trail, it was beautiful! The little kids were about to plant over 500 trees. Ranger Ami explained how the wetlands are really important and how we should save them and she told us how trees help the envirnment. I would totally go back to the park. The animals wern't really outside because of the climate, it was very cold outside. Me and my friends enjoyed that place very much. I reccomend people go to this place and explore. Even though it was really cold outside and we got our hands dirty it was worth going.
