At the Jean Lafitte National Park,Ranger Ami talked to us about the animals and the Wetlands.Ranger Ami told us thet most of the animals do not come out in the wintetime.She gave us video cameras and a gps,she also put us in a group of two to go along on the trail.We had a bucket,net and gloves.We went on the Coquille Trail and we saw Cypress Tees,Algae and Spanish Moss.Me and my partner found a leach,an interesting leaf and a snail.We had lots of fun.Ranger Ami also talked about the alligators coming out in the heat because they rather that than freezing in the cold weather.We loved that field trip a very lot,but when it was time to go,we had to go back to our school, T.H .Harris Middle.
